Anysong is an AI music app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we handle your voice recordings and generated audio, and the rights you have — including under the GDPR and the CCPA.
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use Anysong (the "Service"), and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Anysong is designed to work without a traditional sign-up. We do not require your name, email, phone number or postal address to use the core Service. We collect:
No third-party ad tracking. Anysong does not use third-party advertising networks and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. We do not use advertising identifiers for tracking.
Some Anysong features let you record your own voice — for example, to sing your songs in your voice. Because voice is sensitive, we handle it with a privacy-first design:
When you create a song, cover art and audio are generated and stored in our cloud storage so you can play them and keep them in your personal library across sessions and devices. The third-party model that produces the raw audio may hold it only for a limited period to fulfil the request; the copy in your library is stored by us. Your library audio is retained until you delete individual songs or your account, after which it is removed from our active systems within a commercially reasonable period. You can delete any song from your library at any time.
To deliver AI features, your prompts, uploads and recordings may be processed by trusted infrastructure and AI model providers, only to produce the content you request:
These providers may process data only to operate the requested feature and are not permitted to use your content for their own advertising or to train their models on your data for unrelated purposes. We may also disclose information for business transfers, to comply with the law or lawful requests by public authorities, to protect our rights and users, or with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Voice recordings are handled as described in the Voice Data section (kept on your device, processed transiently, and deleted from our servers immediately after generation); library audio is handled as described in Your Songs & Audio Storage. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where needed for security, functionality, or legal compliance.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete songs and voice recordings, and delete your account and its associated data, from within the app, or by contacting us. We may need to verify your request.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are: consent (e.g. microphone/voice recording), performance of a contract (providing the Service and purchases), and legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention and improving the Service). Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information such as voice data, which we use only to provide the features you request.
The security of your data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted.
