Welcome to Anysong. By accessing or using the Anysong application (the "App") provided by Shanghai Qingmu Technology Co., Ltd. (上海氢木科技有限公司) ("Qingmu", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may modify these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting, and your continued use signifies acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Anysong creates an account tied to your device so you can access your library. If you link a subscription or restore purchases, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the App or by contacting us.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm or disrupt it. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Anysong runs on credits. Each generation — creating a song, a cover, or vocals in your voice — consumes credits. New users receive a small amount of free credits to try the Service. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, credits and any weekly allowance are non-refundable, and unused weekly allowances do not roll over to the next period unless the App states otherwise.
Anysong offers auto-renewable subscriptions that include a weekly credit allowance and additional features:
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region; the App displays the exact price and billing period that apply to you. Any price change applies to future billing periods.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Canceling stops future renewals; the current period continues until it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, except where local law provides otherwise.
You may submit content to the App, including text prompts, lyrics, uploaded media, and voice recordings ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant Qingmu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process the User Content solely to operate the Service and generate your requested output. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Voice features require your explicit consent and microphone permission. You may record only your own voice, or a voice you have the legal right and consent to use; you may not clone a real person's voice without their explicit consent. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, the durable copy of your recording is stored on your device, is sent to our servers only transiently to generate your requested vocals, is not retained in the cloud, and is deleted from our servers immediately after generation.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active plan, you may use the songs, cover art and vocals you generate with the App for personal and, where your plan permits, commercial purposes. Because AI models can produce similar outputs for different users, we do not guarantee that any output is unique, and we grant no exclusivity in any output. You are responsible for how you use the content you create, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights, defame anyone, or misuse a real person's likeness or voice. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The App itself — including its software, design, the "Anysong" name and mark, and our own content — is the property of Qingmu or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or exploit any part of the App except as expressly authorized.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content created or shared through the App infringes your copyright, contact us at support@qingmutech.top with a description of the work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details. We will review reports and, where appropriate, remove infringing content and may disable accounts of repeat infringers.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and disclose information, including your voice data and generated audio, and your rights under the GDPR and CCPA.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor make any warranty as to the results obtained from its use, including the quality or suitability of generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qingmu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any information stored therein; or (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qingmu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
